The HR Data Analyst will work as part of the skilled and passionate Paychex HR Analytics Team delivering business solutions that enable workforce planning, people analytics, and other HR data initiatives and projects. The positions primary role will be to leverage people data (attrition, diversity, headcount, etc.) and talent acquisition data (hiring, recruitment, etc.) to solve complex business problems.
