The ideal candidate will have experience with Azure Data Factory (ADF), ETL development, and structuring data lakes/schemas. This role requires initiative, problem-solving ability, and flexibility to contribute across data architecture, cleaning, and integration tasks.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, build, and maintain data pipelines, ETL processes, and integration workflows using Azure Data Factory (ADF).Work with healthcare/clinical datasets ensuring compliance with HIPAA, EHR systems, and industry standards.Structure and optimize data lakes, data warehouses, and schemas for analytics and reporting.Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and business teams to support diverse data needs.Perform data cleaning, transformation, and migration to support analytics and application integration.Troubleshoot pipeline failures, monitor performance, and implement process improvements.Ensure scalability, reliability, and data governance across all workflows.Required Skills & Qualifications3–6 years of professional Data Engineering experience.Strong hands-on expertise with Azure Data Factory (ADF) and building ETL/ELT pipelines.Experience with healthcare/clinical data (HIPAA compliance, EHR systems).Proven ability to structure data lakes/schemas and optimize for performance.Solid SQL development and data modeling experience.Ability to handle multiple roles including data architecture, cleaning, and integration.Strong initiative, problem-solving, and communication skills.Must be willing and able to attend onsite interviews and work in a hybrid model.Important NotesCandidates must be local to Addison, TX (no relocation).Multiple interview rounds, including onsite coding assessments, are required.Do not submit candidates who have applied directly or been previously submitted to Concentra (name checks will be performed).
